MasterELD by National Transportation Partners LLC honors a 14-day return policy window for all ELD devices, GPS trackers, dash cameras, cables/connectors, accessories, peripherals and products.
All returns must include original packaging, decals, manuals, and accessories for return to be considered. Products must be returned in functioning condition unless otherwise stated prior by the purchasing party.
Return(s) must be sent to National Transportation Partners LLC by no later than the 14th day for return to be accepted. A restocking fee of $50 will apply to any ELD device or tracker purchase.
ELD devices and accessories are covered by a 1-Year Express Warranty, from the date of purchase on the invoice or statement, covering original manufacture defects and or defects resulting from intended use. Covered issues include faulty original parts, and or failure of parts during course of intended proper use. Device will be replaced with an identical unit upon report of issue for remainder of original coverage period.
Warranty does NOT cover: Physical damage, liquid damage, extreme temperature damage, damage resulting from poor or faulty installation, breaking warranty seals, theft, loss, or Acts of God.
